Does it Takealot to be this AWESOME?

I was devastated when Kalahari merged with Takealot (not that I had such great experiences there, but I didn't know TAL and it was new...). However, you guys quickly put any doubts at ease. I've developed somewhat of an addiction to ordering from TAL and naturally there have been one or two returns (not Takealot's fault - just manufacturer defects) and they were sorted out practically the second I hit that return button. I was just busy smashing up my house because a local take-away conned me (on top of a week of terrible service from everywhere else) when I got an email that you guys have shipped my last return parcel less than 24 hours since I pressed the return button and now I'm just crying because it is such a relief that there is one company in the universe that makes giving them my hard-earned money a pleasure. THANKSALOT!!!! You guys are absolute rock stars.
