Placed an order on 15 November and it still hasn't arrived. The excuse given is they need to get the product from the supplier.

1. Why would you advertise items that you do not have? That is so unprofessional.

My Mother wanted to give them another chance as we wait... In the cart, it gives an option for extra R100 delivery, with no option for normal delivery...

2. Why do we need to pay R100 extra for delivery, when the items purchased are more than R3000. 3. Why isn't there an option to select normal free delivery(for purchases aboveR450)?

Are you guys okay? So many shady things happening at Takealot. You honestly can miss me, taking our money elsewhere.
