DO YOU CARE TAKEALOT?

I bought a Blu-ray DVD from Takealot at the end of May for my dads birthday. I ordered it early because they always take a month to deliver your purchases. So my dad only opened and tried to play the Blu-ray DVD recently which was past Takealots return policy. First of all the Blu-ray DVD is region A which means it does not work on South Africa’s DVD players and second Takealot will not accept the return because it’s past their return policy date. Why is Takealot selling Blu-ray DVDs that won’t work in South Africa? And also just to add that this is my dads first birthday since my mom passed away and I really wanted to get him something special and he enjoys the movie and he even watched it on the night of my mom passing away.
