Do sales and take NO responsibilities!!!

Order #*** ORDERED 13 OCT 2023PAID 13 OCT 2023 On this order I ordered electrical cabling. 100m Twin and earth. Arrived in time. Went to do the installation, just to find that it is NOT copper cable but the worst quality cable I ever came across. Try to complain at Takealot, waste of time and money. Called by phone, only the voice robot, no service at all. Conclusion: NO after sales service. NO control over what is sold. Just raking in the commission and refuse to take ANY responsibility. Basically the same as a **** company.

Order #*** ORDERED 31 JAN 2024PAID 31 JAN 2024 Ordered and paid. Receive a mail on 01/02/2024, one product is not in stock and was cancelled from the order and refunded, while there was other products available, exactly the same at the same price. This means I had to re-order and ha to pay courier services because the order now was outside the free delivery bracket. AGAIN: NO after sales service!!! It is time that the naive people of this country start to summons companies like this out of business!! They keep on getting away with remote management, but keep on getting commission for NO after-sales service!!!
