Do not use this firm they don’t know what customer service is

Once again Takealot have proved they don’t care about customer service. My fridge /freezer stopped working and the soonest they could deliver a new one was today, I am a 77 year old pensioner and unfortunately I had a hospital appointment that I couldn’t cancel so I asked them if they could deliver by 1pm, of course they didn’t so had to go alone although I had been told I must take someone with me. I had problems with them earlier in the year when the pump they sent me had scratched all over it and had obviously been used and swore then I would never use them again. It’s Makro for me in future they are far more accommodating. Takealot should be ashamed of themselves.
