Do not use Takealot !!! There service is poor and no customer service at all !!!

Please do not use Takealot !!! There service is poor and no customer service at all !!! I placed an order 20 July 2022 and paid for same day delivery. I paid for same day delivery as I need a watch. I did not receive every thing I ordered. Tried to log a complain immediately after the delivery, but could not do it. As per Takealot call center the delivery was not showing on there system yet. Thursday morning early I called again. Was requested to send pictures. Which I did. Since then I have been calling everyday following up. The same answer over and over again. "The warehouse is investigating" Twice I was asked to send the pictures again. Every time I get asked how many boxes did I receive. I mean, why is there an electronic system that all queries must be one with all info? Why do I have to resend everything over and over again? Why do I have to call everyday to follow up and get no proper feedback? How long does it take to sort out a delivery issue? I will never use Takealot again !!!!!
