Do not use takealot

CF I RRN-HJRDE-BWD8 I Horrible service!!! I bought a kreepy kraully 1 and a half years ago that had a warranty of 4 years. The item broke and I chose to return this item. It took takealot almost 2 weeks to get the item to the supplier which they in turn said would not be covered by the warrenty as it is a supposed result of chemical wear and tear. Which is not the case -the diaphram in the inside broke off. Anways, they quoted me for a fix which i declined and I asked for the pool cleaner to be returned. It’s now been more than a month and still no broken pool cleaner returned. Just the same excuse that they have to reach out to supplier for collection!! I will going forward be using amazon. Might not have your variety but their service is alot better. Do not use takealot!!!
