Do not use Takealot!!

I am so angry with TakeAlot and their blatant ignoring of everything you have said. I have been a loyal TakeAlot customer for years, which they will see on my purchase history. I was sent a defective product which didn't even have all the parts and looked nothing like the picture, had no instruction manual and the *****s were way to small for the poles so impossible to assemble. I sent it back less than 2 weeks after I received it, it clearly states, "hassle free returns for 30 days". Now the agent is saying I should have returned it in 7 days. When I send him a screenshot of the 30 day return policy, he ignores me and tells me to look out for the courier. I am not interested in having the item back, it is not usable. I am taking this further as they have not given me what I paid for which is theft. Disgusted! I have deleted their app after many thousands of rands spent. They must enjoy ripping people off whilst it lasts, once Amazon launches they are toast.
