DO NOT USE TAKEALOT

WORSTE experience ever. I ordered and paid for an product on the 29th of November 2019 they said the delivery date would be the 5th of December 2019 that day came and gone after a lot of phone calls (which you have to wait at least 35 min before speaking to anyone) and emails and 3 different people telling me 3 different reasons why my order is late they promised it would be delivered the 10th of December 2019 that day came and gone never received my order after some more phone calls and emails they let me know this morning I would receive my order the 2nd January 2020 and 5 mins ago they let me know they cancelled my order. They are pathetic and I will urge anyone who wants to buy stuff from takealot DO NOT DO IT. and Who is going to come and explain to my niece why she is not getting a Christmas present this year.
