DO NOT TRY AND SELL YOUR PRODUCTS ON TAKEALOT.

We are a manufacturer of a brand that we distribute and wholesale. We app**** for a seller account with takealot.com which was quickly granted. However it took us over 6 months to try and get our products loaded due to ridiculous reasonings from takealot. The entire process was a nightmare and if you try and get a hold of someone to assist the query almost never get resolved or it takes week.

When we finally got our products loaded we found that someone else was already selling our products on their platform. When we informed them thereof they simply said they cannot get involved and refused to remove them from that seller account. I have provided them with proof of ownership yet they still refuse.

We had to resort to legal means to get the person selling our product to remove them with takealot.com sitting back and counting the money they *******ly made from the sale of our products.

When amazon.com launches in SA this year takealot with fail due to their incompetence.
