DO NOT TRUST TAKEALOT DELIVERY

Worst customer service i have ever experienced... I ordered a phone only for them not to deliver it on the scheduled delivery date.... and when I began asking questions days later that's when they tell me the phone went missing in transit and that I couldn't even receive a replacement as their supplier was out of stock... 2ndly it is very hard/close to impossible to get a reply from these guys... their customer phone line doesn't work... on Social Media they answer queries from weeks ago... so terrible
