Do not trust TAKEALOT!!!

I bought a ceiling fan from takealot about a month ago, (order #***) when I received it I realized that it was far to big for my bedroom and promptly had it sent back, after a day or so I was informed via email from Takealot that the fan was inspected and that I had been refunded, almost a month later after countless phone calls and unanswered emails I have yet to receive my money back, it's clear now that I'll never get the money back. I have been a takealot customer for many years and really thought i could trust them but now I'm almost R2500 in the hole and still have no ceiling fan, absolutely unacceptable.
