Do not trust Takealot

I bought a chair from them on which the indicated maximum load was 120 kgs. My weight is 117 kgs. I used the chair only in the normal way, by sitting on it, and it broke. Now Takealot is refusing to refund me for the obviously defective, misrepresented item. I am beyond disgusted and will be looking at legal action.
