Do not trust gift vouchers from Takealot

I bought a voucher for R1k as a gift to my client. Takealot confirmed that the item will be delivered by 27 Dec. No delivery took place. I did report the matter and I was informed that the matter is under investigation for the 4 hours! Very dissapointed
