Do not support TAKEALOT!

2 vulkano smart watches was ordered on seperate dates. The first watch had a voice prompt with a lot of functions. The 2 nd Vulcano was a ordenary smart watch. I send it back as it did not meet my needs. Now I have different agents messenger me or email me with different comments. I want my refund as I will NEVER purchase from TAKEALOT anymore. I even sent them pics of the 1 watch. They think I am a brainless idiot saying that it was the same watch! Read their return policy...... What a joke👺
