Do not shop at takelot before you read my review

I have been a very happy and loyal takelot customer for years. That all changed when I recently had the horrific experience of returning my product to them. I bought a cellphone and the microphone stopped working within 3 months, I then requested a return. Much to my disappointment the support I received from takelot was the worse I have ever received from any company. They delay the process as much as possible and their staff are extremely *********** and rude. Every time I phoned to get a update they would always try to end the conversation as fast as possible saying that they would return my call, this just never happened. Each time you phone again you are assigned a new assistant and the process just repeats itself without anything been sorted out. On their site the have a return policy that states if the return could not be completed within 21 days they will refund you. This date has passed on my return and just nothing happens. I am so fed up it is difficult to put into words and I have wasted so much airtime and time trying to get a exchange or refund. I would like to advise anyone who shops at takelot to think twice about spending their hard earned money there. All goes well until that product you spend thousands on breaks and you are just left stranded. I am definitely never shopping at TAKELOT.com again.
