DO NOT RETURN ITEMS FROM TAKEALOT

Ordered a bottle warmer for my newborn coming. The item came and the lid of the bottle warmer was cracked, therefore it would not contain the head.

I logged a return to replace the item. The driver came on the 12th July. To date I have not received feedback. The status says the product is still waiting to be confirmed for eligibility. It’s been 8 days. No item returned or money refunded This is the worst service!!!
