do not request credit refund, your credit will vanish

If you have a credit in your customer account, DO NOT request a refund, you will never get it no matter how many emails you write, as they just ignore them all, or how many phone calls you make, as they say they will refer to relevant department and obviously never back to you. You just got to use your credit towards your next and final order, and then get out and never come back. Unfortunately they DONT COMMUNICATE with customers.
