Do Not Purchase Electronic Product From Takealot - especially Laptops / printers etc

I purchased two printers from them - both stopped working. The latest was purchased in May of this year (less than 5 months ago). They are unable to offer any support in trying to contact the supplier with whom you have to lodge the return. They can't lodge a return / facilitate a repair with the supplier even though they sell the products. The number I was give by them was incorrect. Basically, my experience has been that these products are unreliable and you are left on your own when they break so rather go directly to the supplier or store to purchase these products as there is basically no helpful after sales service provided.
