Do not pre order from [URL Removed]

I recently pre-ordered Madden NFL 16 from [URL Removed] When the game was delivered I discovered they had sent me the standard version with no pre-order incentives.<br> <br> When I queried this with [URL Removed] they informed me there were no pre-order incentives. I sent them a link to the game supplier's online pre-order announcement where they clearly indicated what was included in pre-orders. They agreed as to what was listed on the website but still refused to compensate me for failing to deliver the correct product. The best they have offered is a refund but this is pretty much useless as the game is already released and the pre-orders are no longer available. I even proposed that instead of returning the game they credit my account with the difference in value (R233.40) but they refused that as well. I'm now left to cover the difference in cost myself because [URL Removed] failed to deliver the product they advertised.<br> <br> Even worse is that their website is still advertising \pre-orders"which indicates they are quite happy to do this to the next person!<br> <br> If you want to pre-order a game be sure to go somewhere you will receive everything you pay for."""
