Takealot has become so useless. For the 3rd time I have ordered more than one item, only to receive only one item, and then I HAVE TO PROVE TO THEM that I ordered more than one....

Yesterday my order was delivered with only one of two wet cat food items - within a short time of sending a request to rectify or refund, I get an email saying that I can't change my mind, and that my request was denied! YOU HAVE ****** MY MONEY TAKEALOT!
