DO NOT ORDER FROM TAKEALOT

I have been using takealot for apx 3 years now and the service has decreased rapidly. In 2019 when I ordered something it came correctly within 3 days, now i order something which is more expensive and it is the incorrect order and comes late. So i log a return which now takes 2 weeks to get approved( used to take 1 day). Upon arrival at the takealot pickup point the reception lady says that i might check my email from one of their people. As I expected, no email. So she goes in the back and hands my parcel to the manager who claims that he will do a manual return for me. It has been 2months and i am still waiting for my money back for receiving the incorrect product. I do not recommend takealot anymore. Absolute waste of my time and my money. Pathetic.
