DO NOT EVER USE TAKEALOT

I placed a delivery order on Tuesday (12 Dec) which was supposed to be delivered on Thursday (14 Dec). I received communication that the order was out for delivery, the driver did come to my place only to find out that he does not have my order. I woke up to emails on Friday that my order was lost in transit and a replacement order will be done. The replacement order is set for Wednesday 20 December and I needed to use the items on Saturday (16 December). I tried to escalate and require immediate delivery as it is not my fault that my parcel was lost, I was sent from pillar to post and even till date there's no accountability or anything.
