Do not ever order from Takealot.com!!!

So I'm seeing a massive number of people who have the same issue as me. My order was supposedly delivered to my office on the 3rd of June and signed off by a man named Isaac. The security staff in my building confirmed that no one in our building firstly works there by the name of Isaac and secondly no one on that day came to deliver a package from takealot. I have tried every avenue possible to get hold of takealot with absolutely no luck! Takealot post almost everyday on their social media platforms new specials yet they could not be bothered to provide feedback to customers who have had their orders ******! Does anyone have any advice as to what can be done? Reverse the online payment? Report to the police? Please any advice will be so greatly appreciated. Takealot is absolutely pathetic!!!
