Do not care aboit clients

Bought a 40 liter camping fridge. Ordered it so it would be at out camping spot in Gouritz the day after we get here. We are here and still no delivery. Called Takealot and they said I must just wait till the new year. I am losing all of my meat. Their excuse is that there is no truck from mosselbay to gouritz to deliver my fridge. It is the size of a cooler box!!!!! There was a takealot bakkie here to deliver packages this morning. Had more than half of the bakkies load bin open for more packages yet no fridge!!! Do you want to know what I get told after I called when I saw this???? I must cancell my order and put the order in again so that I get the fridge at home when I get there. You are useless!! Do not care about your customers. Have zero customer support.
