DO NOT BUY - Telefunken 65" S-65UHD UH FROM TAKE A LOT

Good day,

I bought a Telefunken 65" S-65UHD UHD Android Smart TV from Take A Lot. I opened the TV and I realised that the TV is NOT COMPATIBLE with DSTV NOW.

Order #*** - Telefunken 65" S-65UHD UH I tried everything to connect the TV. I wanted to use this TV to connect DSTV NOW, F1.COM.

I cant even download the DSTV Now App on the TV.

I want to return the TV and then buy another TV. Please take this TV and credit my Take A Lot Wallet so I can buy another suitable tv. I am extremely disappointed and livid. I bought this TV on the 26th of September 2025. I could not log a return on the take a lot app, it says i must call *** but the lady i spoke with after waiting long in the qeue said they do not deal with Take A lot Customers directly. I have to be frank this is a **** TV and I do not want it. So, please credit my take alot wallet so i can buy a proper tv.
