DO NOT BUY PHONES FROM THEM

Do NOT buy a phone through them. My phone is 2 months old and doesnt want to change. 1st they send it back and say it is not faulty. I submitted another return now they want my Samsung Password otherwise they cannot process the return. The phone doesnt have a password and even if it did why would they need this to test if it is charging? I dont have a samsung account and when I try to create one it sends an authorisation message to the phone that Takealot has with them. Getting the same automated responses via email and no help via their telephone number.

I researched it and apparently financial data etc can be compromised if you share your Samsung password to someone. VERY DISSAPOINTED
