DO NOT BUY ON TAKEALOT. BIG ****

I am so mad. I bought a hairdryer at TAKEALOT. Sent it back for the product not working/heating up. Was informed that there is nothing wrong with the product. Got it back never used it. Decided to use it once and starting making sounds only for it to blow up in flames. Complained and complained. They collected the product was a struggle to get feedback again. They said they have to send me a voucher and then be told it will expire the 30th November! I paid with my card online used no voucher to buy this product!!!! Used this voucher to buy this product and paid the extra and again paid for delivery. Got the kit and it was broken had to send it back only for them to refund me R112 and not the full amount!!! I sent complaint email in and no feedback!!!!!
