Do not buy from Takealot!!!

Again I am here comparing about Takealot, they do not have customer support, I bought something and it’s gonna take the 2 weeks to deliver and I can not even chance one item on the delivery or cancel 1 item, I have to wait 2 weeks for the delivery and then schedule a return or cancellation of the item and wait for 5 working days for them to collect and also wait 7 days for them to pay back the money

I went on their Facebook page to try and get help but all I get is a useless copy and past response that has a link that takes me back to their useless app and when I ask them, they respond by sending me the copy and past massage with the same link

Do not buy on takealot and things are cheaper when you get them directly for the seller not via these ****en useless takealot of ****
