Do not buy eBooks from Takealot!

I purchased an eBook from Takealot. After a lot of struggling I finally had the eBook downloaded onto my mobile phone for reading. When I upgraded my phone, I wanted to download the eBook onto my new device for use. It turns out that this cannot be done and there is no way to deactivate the eBook on your previous device for use on your new device. What this means is that when your phone gets lost/******/damaged you effectively lose all the eBooks in yout Takealot eReader library too. Their advice to me was "to read the book on the previously used device". How can it not be obvious that this is not always possible.

I really regret buying eBooks form Takealot and believe that the lack of customer support in situations like these is what encourages people to download books from ******* sources instead of buying them from the publisher.
