Do not buy cell phones from takealot

Bought x2 Samsung A51 from takealot and both stop working in 4 months. Tried to return both phones. They lost the accessories of the one and the other one they will happily return it to me today still not working and with no explanation. I am in the process of losing R14,000,00. Don't buy phones from takealot.
