DO NOT BUY ANYTHING VALUABLE FROM TAKEALOT

The worst customer service and overall experience I have ever had. I ordered Apple Airpods and when they arrived the box was filthy and empty! there were no airpods inside the apple packaging. I scheduled a return and requested a new pair. I heard nothing for over a week and had to email three times to get a response. I was finally told I would be credited the amount because they no longer had the item. According to the app the exact airpods I ordered are in stock in JHB and CPT?
