When the watch stopped working, Samsung refused to fix it under guarantee since Takealot had not supp**** a serial number with the purchase. When he contacted Takealot, he was told sorry we don't do that! There is no recourse if you buy something from them and it breaks down, as they do not give you the necessary documentation.
