Do better - please refund me

I've been using takealot since inception and I never had reason to complain but I don't know what's happening at takealot that messing up so much now. I had 2 orders delayed because of rerouting , multiple calls which I had to pay for and finally receiving my order. Because of the delay I could not use some of the items , and had to return them. Now my refund is declined because the box was open. I have proof that , it's the way I recieved it , luckily I took a picture because of the state it came in but now it's been declined and sent back to me to get in an even worse condition I'm sure. No communication , no interest , now I have to wait for it to be delivered and then return it again and it will be escalted. This is madness !! Takealot , do better !! You have given me more frustration in the last 2 weeks than I've ever had to experience. I don't want the item back , I just want me refund - please
