Do better?!

I am beyond unimpressed with this company. Ever since I moved and my courier service changed from an excellent courier who would let you know via sms and call you when your package was near. Now this company takealot uses called Too Fast too Furious is an absolute joke and ****! They have messed up 2 orders! I was supposed to receive my package yesterday and still nothing. They haven't even updated the tracking I got from 4 days ago! I am infuriated with this company. Do better!
