Disusting service at Nelspruit takealot pick up site.

I called Takealot delivery team in Nelspruit as I had received an SMS saying my package is ready to pick up. The number being *** at 12:14 The service I got on that call wasn't bad. It was disgusting. Not being from around the area I called to confirm if they've received it and maybe get directions. I didn't get the ladies name but she got annoyed that I didn't know the places she was referring to and said she has other calls to attend to and hung up. F*n disgusting. Great team you have there I must say.
