Distraught and disgusted

I just ordered 3 items from take a lot and paid using the same manner that I used when paying for my order, that said part is that, after I have effected payment , the app still says I must pay, I was given an order number and money taken from my by pay fast.take a lot. But when I am making an enquiry regarding this order I was forcefully told to contact payfast.and the lady assisted me was so uncouth that , when I threatened her to write my ordeal on hellopeter , she said go and do that. Take a lot is now becoming **** and it was my last time making a purchase from them.
