Distastleful service

Lets start at the beginning,my wife bought me a gift from Takealot. Which shortly after we found that the product was faulty,we got in contact with them about the product. They scheduled the collection of the item and was sent to their warehouse for testing,after which my wife was credited as no more stock was available and product removed from their database. Which was quite dissapointing considering it was a Christmas gift,after numerous attempts to contact them for a refund we were ignored.
