Distasteful service

The worst experience a customer could ever journey, their service is utterly terrible they dispatch wrong orders when a person logs a return they don’t follow through and it’s been over a month now still haven’t received my correct order nor my money back instead I’m stuck with things I have no use for….dissatisfied and disappointed doesn’t even begin to amount to how I feel
