Dissatisfy with order

I received my order today, order#***. Highly disappointed as I ordered a certain brand cast iron cookware set, another brand was sent. Although I ordered a blue set, the blue set differs from the one I have ordered as takealot decided to send me another brand. I ordered a saber light for my son, he is so disappointed as the 1 spring which holds the one battery are missing. We had to improvise. Also it does not make the sound it should make, only when you hold it a certain way. Seems like a disconnection somewhere. I'm disappointed takealot, as I've never had any issues in the past with any of my orders.
