Dissatisfied with takealot.com service

I paid an extra amount for a delivery to be made the day after I paid for the order. I did not get any call from anyone informing me that they have arrived, I then got a notification on the tracking page that I was not available to accept the delivery. I am going to miss out on work as there was a reason I wanted the delivery made today. now I have to wait for tomorrow 5pm.
