Dissatisfied with takealot service

Very disappointed with Takealot. I was expecting my delivery on Monday and now I get an email and see on the website that I apparently refused my order,. Which is not the case I didn't see anyone at my property yesterday and I sit in front of a camera viewing the gate Constantly..
