Dissatisfied with Takealot

I am dissatisfied in the service from the call centre I placed an order which was accidentally cancelled when calling into the centre they proceed to tell me that it can not be uncancelled then in the same voice says it can be cancelled if someone else cancelled my order then it can be uncancelled. Super contradictory and obviously not in the mood to work. How can something be and and not be at the same time.
