Dissatisfied with lack of support

A few weeks back I bought a few items from Takealot and later had to send some of them back because they were not what I expected. Takealot sent me an email that they made a refund June 19th and that it will reflect in 3-5 days. Unfortunately at the time I was dealing with sorting out transactions that were unauthorised with Standard Bank which ended up in the cancellation of my bank card. I’ve notified Takealot and Standard Bank of this, and to date the money is still not in my bank account and none of the two suppliers have responded to my request to investigate.
