Dissatisfied Takealot Customer

Purchased an item on Takealot on sale. Incorrect item delivered to me and I have returned the item back. Now I am told that takealot cannot honour the sale and purchase as they do not have stock from the same supplier. I have been dealing with them over a week and in one instance they say that they will replace, in another they change the response. I personally called them to speak to a consultant and it’s now over 24 hours after a supposed escalation from them but no one has called me back.

Why is the fault of takealot incorrect delivery to me now my problem as the customer!!

They do not have any concerns of a customer that has been with them for years and purchased items for a lot of money in the past.

They have no understanding of the meaning of customer service.
