Dissatisfied customer on service rendered.

Service rendered was extremely poor,wouldn't recommend them to anyone.I purchased a maternity pillow a week ago only to be delivered the wrong quality,I then returned the item and again patiently waiting for a couple of days for this issue to be rectified, lol to my surprise the same pillow that i returned came back, this organization Is a joke honestly, no communication was done during the return process thinking it was obvious where the issue was. Purchasing products online is a risk and takealot has proven that it's not a risk worth taking!!
