Dissatisfied customer

I ordered a few items, including a pair of earrings, from Takealot on the 10th of October. Delivery was done yesterday. I waited 10 days for delivery, only to find an EMPTY earing box! I'm soo disappointed in this service. Return is scheduled for today. I'm so curious to know how they are going to solve this issue.
