Dissatisfied customer

Hi,I'm writing this with great dissatisfaction with takealot and they're delivery personnel I ordered something from them on the 05 June I tracked the items it shows that it is delivered on 07th June but I didn't sign anything on Saturday from takealot I didn't receive any calls from them
