Dissatisfied customer

I bought a chest freezer via PayJustNow on Takealot. Somehow a double payment went off and now I'm liable to pay two installments on Payjustnow for one item. I tried getting in touch with Takealot to cancel both sales, but it honestly feels like I'm writing these emails to myself, because I haven't been getting any response regarding my issue. I'm truly disappointed with their customer service and the fact that you can only email them really sucks.

Takealot please do better.
