Dissatisfied Customer

I have always been a loyal customer of Takealot, supporting them for years. However, my recent experience has been incredibly disappointing. I purchased a hot water bottle for my wife, which turned out to be defective. I lodged a return, and it was collected promptly. Despite the product clearly not working, Takealot refused to accept the return and sent it back to me.

I called the customer service agent, who understood my situation and advised me to lodge the return again, assuring me it would be accepted this time. However, the same thing happened – Takealot returned the defective hot water bottle to me once more.

This repeated refusal to accept a defective product is frustrating and unacceptable. I hope Takealot addresses this issue promptly and improves their return process.
